You then move on to lightly touching each other with your fingertips in order to awaken the nerves and heighten sensation, coming close to each other’s genitals, but never quite touching them. 3. You then practice tantric kisses, in which the lips are open and the breath flows from one another freely, until finally the lips press enough to form a sensual

Foreplay is essential in Tantra. A leisurely, slow build helps men control longevity and piques women’s arousal. The longer you linger in this process of building energy, the longer your session will last and the more energy you will build. Use this time to fully focus on each other. As in meditation, when your thoughts wander, gently guide your attention back to your partner and the magic of th

Forget Spirulina or Chlorella, or any other Superfood for that matter, there is nothing on this planet that competes with this ‘God-Food’ called Klamath Lake Algae, or short as: KLA. It is an algae that only lives in Klamath Lake in Oregon USA. As goes for all members of the micro-algae family such as Spirulina and Chlorella, these primitive organisms were among the first life forms on this planet and are therefore the most basic food one can eat with one of the earliest RNA/DNA coding. In

A Quick Overview About Klamath Lake Algae Aphanizomenon flos-aquae is a type of cyano-bacteria that biologically is quite similar to spirulina. It’s actually toxic in most places where it’s grown, but Klamath Lake is remarkably pure and free of toxins, and so the blue-green algae there can be ingested by humans. And it grows there in heaps and tons. 100,000 thousand kilograms of blue-green a

“The natural shape of a leaf already matches a battery’s needs: a low surface area, which decreases defects; a lot of small structures packed closely together, which maximizes space; and internal structures of the right size and shape to be used with sodium electrolyte,” said author Fei Shen. “We have tried other natural materials, such as wood fiber, to make a battery,” said assistant professor Liangbing Hu, of materials science and engineering. “A leaf is designed by nature to sto

In addition to omitting animal products from the menu, the school teaches the importance of eating locally and is providing “zero kilometre” organic produce. At present, there are five children enrolled at the school. However, many speculate that the class size will grow as the movement grows in popularity. Nature is located in the Citta Studi neighborhood of Milan and was founded by Frederica Ferrobianchi, a teacher who specializes in infant massage. She also boasts a science degree in

Awesome idea. In the US, there is a school called MUSE in Calabasas – which champions sustainability – has made the switch to plant-based food primarily for environmental reasons. ‘We teach our students how much more land and water are needed to produce a pound of beef versus grain, and we couldn’t truly call ourselves sustainable without eating this way,’ says head of the private schoo

Collecting water from fog can be a great idea. However, if this water is being collected that would normally go to the deserts then how much of an environmental impact could this have on such a fragile system? There are regions on Earth where the whole ecosystem depends on fog for survival, especially coastal desert areas. Plant life and animals depend on this very small amount of water to survive.

It is said that the Hall of Records holds the key to understanding our civilization and real history of humanity. Mythologically, it is said to be a library buried somewhere in Egypt, and many people believe it could be located under the enigmatic Sphinx of Giza, watching tall and proud over the Pyramids of the Giza Plateau. A discovery of a vast underground library made in 2008, could forever change history and the origin of the Ancient Egyptian Civilization.

There are caves which run under two of the large pyramids of Egypt and very close to the paw of the Sphinx, exactly where Edgar Cayce predicted they would be found. Unconfirmed sources are now saying it has been possible to drill through a layer of rock into the chamber which houses the H
